It is very normal for you to be dominant/ stronger on one side, that doesn’t mean you have to do more repetition or more heavy on one side than the other.

However you must learn to isolate and make sure you hit both your weaker and stronger side equally, one of the best ways to do it is to focus on UNILATERAL movements if you wish to over come the imbalance issue.

Unilateral movement allows you to focus on each muscle group Individually without the help of the dominant/ stronger side.
Such as using the single hand cable movements , dumbbells or even unilateral machines where the weight is distributed equally on both sides.
